The lettuce had a satisfying crunch in every bite, and the other toppings like the cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, and especially the croutons were all incredibly fresh. Everything came together for a delicious, hearty meal. Im definitely planning to come back to try more of their menu items, especially the different salads. If youre in the area and want clean, fresh food, I highly recommend Modern Market Eatery. Youll leave feeling good about what youve eaten. ”

“ I usually order the Thai Coconut Chicken salad love love love it but today I felt like trying something different so I got the Urban Farmers salad. Yum yum yum. I got the small size and I couldnt finish it for my lunch, but luckily I had a container with me for the leftovers. I am giving everything 5 stars but I will say I was sad that the carrot cake with candied ginger is no longer available. Please bring it back. I was full but I would have bought a piece for later. ”

“ I like the Buddha Bowl better than their build your own bowl with tofu the peanut mango sauce in the Buddha Bowl is very tasty! Service is quick and the guy at the cashier during lunch is so friendly and happy! And I love their clear calorie and dietary labels for each item! I wish theyd transition to full reusable utensils and cups for dinein! ”

I tried the Rocket and it fueled me through from Denver to Charlotte. Protip, if your close to Charlotte, wait to eat, many good local kiosks reside in our airport ”
